1. Introduction and Acceptance

4.6 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider in relation to a valid ba998 deposit is a breach of these Terms. ba998 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account immediately upon receiving notification of a chargeback dispute and to pursue recovery of any funds disbursed against fraudulent chargeback claims through all available legal means.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Upon permanent closure for cause, ba998 reserves the right to void all open bets and forfeit any bonus balances.
